For The Following Facts:

| Alba Sally Sue Hernandez-Garcia |
1. From Mexico City (Capital of the United Mexican States), the representative of Ecusa in Mexico (Mexican citizen), Alba Sally Sue Hernández-García, orchestrated a persecution through written pamphlets, vociferating negatively among her circles and networks against all Christian groups and Anglican, Episcopal, Anglo-Catholic, and former Anglo-Catholic denominations within Mexican territory, which separated from the Church of England, some since 1515 (1521), others since 1970, and against other Sister Churches who isolated themselves from Ecusa between 1973 and 1978. She, along with the Mexican Episcopal clergy, set up from her small office and temple, a cruel, ruthless and terrifying inquisition, at the same time discriminating against and trampling on all the independent Anglican groups that are outside of the Anglican Communion Canterbury Headquarters, and who carry out the pastoral mission within the national territory of Mexico.
2. At no time or occasion have the
spokesmen and clergy of the persecuted and run over churches interrupted the
historical evolution of the episcopal groups within Mexico or outside that
territory, never has one of them restricted the freedom and free expression of
faith and belief against other Christian groups including Roman Catholic
denominations or non-Christian groups that do missions on the American
Continent or off the American or Caribbean coasts.
3. The Old Anglo Catholic Movement1515 from England, through the Latin American Anglican Church 1975 from Canada,
the United States and Mexico, request the Mexican citizen Alba Sally Sue
Hernández-García, a public apology and an exemplary correction of their errors
and equivocations, both orally and in writing, clarifying that although
Episcopalians also come from the Church of England in origin, the other groups
and all Christians come from the Mission of Jesus Christ and the Pastoral Work
of the Apostles. That due to historical circumstances and controversies of
interpretation, they were divorced at different times from the Church of
England, but at a certain historical moment they were all united to the
Christian religious organization that was organized from the year 317
(Christian Era), the ruler Constantine from the I First Council of Nicaea. From
that moment, all the historical Christian groups inherited the use of the word
catholic or catholic (some from Rome, others from England and others from the
Middle East). Since 1535 anyone who feels Anglican, Old Anglo-Catholic, Anglo
Catholic or Anglicans Catholics can use these words in their faith, belief and
denomination, because if the religious word in its origin and use is not a
trademark, it does not have copyright in their registration, according to the
ecclesiastical literary and historical norm, are words that were born without
registration in popular use, spread throughout the world without a formal
public writing and the author of Christianity (Jesus of Nazareth), in his holy
gospels does not name any of These words as a denomination, it was in Antioch
(Acts of the Apostles), where the peoples called the followers of Christ the
Son of God “Christians”.
4. If the public apology is not
given, the Old Anglo Catholic Movement 1515 from England, through the
Latin American Anglican Church 1975 from Canada, the United States and Mexico,
will make a criminal, civil and administrative complaint, before international
and national organizations of Mexico, against the Anglican Church of Mexico, a
subsidiary of the Protestant Episcopal Church of the United States (ECUSA), and
if it is the case and the law so decides, they must pay damages and monetary
compensation against each one of the denominations and churches that have been
injured in his name, fact, reputation and that has destroyed the evangelizing
work and the pastoral work with cause and effect.
5. In the same way, the Old AngloCatholic Movement 1515 from England, through the Latin American Anglican Church1975 from Canada, the United States and Mexico, cordially invites all
independent, charismatic, conservative and traditional Anglican and Episcopal
groups, of the American Continent and the Caribbean Sea, to an urgent meeting
to form a common front of support and protection, and create the Anglican
Confederation of the Americas, in our offices in San Francisco, California,
United States, under the coordination of our representatives in the United
States States: (Archbishop President MAAC); Leonardo Marin-Saavedra; (ELECT IAL
Bishop) Jorge Luis Garcia-Linares; (IAL Bishop Chancellor) Robert Michael
Rodriguez; and (Bishop Vice President MAAC) Alonso Davila-Alvarado.
6. Organize a protest and public
demonstration through the streets of Mexico City (capital of the United Mexican
States), requesting permission and authorization from the Federal Government of
Mexico headed by President Andrés Manuel López-Obrador (AMLO), under the
coordination of the Mexican National Police, inviting all Christian groups and
churches independent of official organizations to participate, to denounce both
the persecutions and the inquisitions caused by the religious groups of power
or the spiritual regimes that monopolize the truth, where the forces alive and
Civil society organizations from both Mexico and Latin American countries must
participate and show solidarity with the cause of religious freedom and
profession of faith, to disintegrate from history once and for all the
"Cursed Inquisition", which never It must have existed in the minds
of the human earthling mortals living within the small planet earth.
Just as trespassing injects corruption
into daily life, this becomes a crime as a negative action, breaks down the
social balance, destroys the machinery of human diversity, also inquisition,
discrimination, religious or other persecution, contributes to sow violence and
instability, increasing poverty and misery, creating new injustices, the
decomposition of the social fabric grows more. The effects of these cruel
events contribute to macabre acts of rape, inequality and death. Manipulating a
belief to sow terror and death is a crime; those responsible must go to prison
as criminals for using lies to try to hit the truth of the just.
We say yes to peace and no to war.
Let there be no more in the world a single
inquisitor.
